    Fantastic!!
    The good thingsAlways learning new things and good camaraderie among the staffs. Work as a team and keep a lookout for each other so as to work safe. Team support is essential as we always help each other whenever facing problems on work issues.
    The challengesSupervisors are not supportive when the staffs are out on the jobs. Received minimal support when facing problems and tend to shoot down the staff rather than helping. Supervisors also will not communicate with the customers leaving us to decide and execute the decisions.

    The good thingsA place that encourages learning process and growth. Very friendly and healthy working environment. Many young engineers in the workforce, many opportunities to learn from each other and grow.
    The challengesWork process ought to be more systematic to reduce time waste. Slightly lack of experienced engineers, learning curve is steep (but I think it is also a good point as well.

    The good thingsCameron provide good benefits and has great colleagues. Every 3 years our annual leave increase, and every 5 year we will receive a gift for long service. And sometimes we have dept outings. Or a plant movie night.
    The challengesMonthly each Cameron employees has to submit a observation card. To inform HSSE regarding the hazard items, or improvement need to be done. Sometimes it can be a hassle as we don't always see hazard or anybody to be recomend.
