The challenges 1. What you can expect from a typical China company. Project management is terrible. Absurd machine delivery time. No proper validation/ new implementation procedure. Everything is a mess.
2. Non existent workflow and SOP causes many arguments, errors and redundant work.
3. Management is the worst. They look down on employees. Top management do not treat employees with respect. Bad career progression as they only promote their own. Top management are ill mannered. No training provided but expects you to know everything. Any inquiry on information will be met with tempered attitude.
3. Extreme micromangement, every week having meetings where management will question on every tiny details of tasks on hand. Every explanations which does not satify the HOD will be met with with bad tempered response.
4. No bonus and puny increment not equal to the amount huge of workload
