Employees at Carpe Diem Holdings appreciate the encouragement for professional development and the children's enthusiasm for learning. The previous management was praised for providing a great experience and opportunities for growth. The work environment is generally seen as positive, with an awesome boss and attractive welfare benefits.

The good thingsI started as the role of a teacher with the previous management. Was promoted to become centre manager and has learned a lot from the previous directors. It was a great team and wonderful experience working with my previous management of directors.
The challengesI enjoyed working with my group of teachers and staff. It's a pity that the change of management has make things different. I am unable to comment things the new management should improve on as the methodology of them operating a centre may not be the same as I am.
