    The good thingsEmployer provide well in terms of food, accommodation, rest & recreation. HR is very much open to suggestions and improvement of HR issues, accounting & logistics procedures. Salaries are always on time.
    The challengesLand travel in Afghanistan and how to stop corrupt practices within the company. Difficulty in learning the Afghan language & conversing with them and other nationalities who does not know how to speak english
