Working at CPAS has been one of the most heartwarming and inspiring chapters of my journey. Every day, I’m proud to be part of the team that helps create a smooth and supportive school experience, so our students can focus on what matters most—their growth. Even through the smallest admin tasks, I see how our work contributes to their confidence, independence, and joy in learning. Being surrounded by their progress and resilience has taught me the true meaning of purpose, empathy, and dedication. This experience has not only strengthened my confidence but also deepened my passion for making a difference through meaningful work.
The good thingsThe staff at CPASS West are incredibly kind and supportive, everyone has a teachable mindset and genuinely wants to see the other succeed.
The challengesAs the company has a very supportive culture, at times this also means that employees who may not be performing at the expected level are still retained, which can impact workload distribution.

    High staff turnover rates
The good thingsNothing good for staff
The challengesYou know that something isn’t right when a job that is supposed to be handled by a team is tasked by a single individual. The worse part of it is the unrealistic expectation from the management & HR not realising the problem with the system and starts playing the ‘blame game’.
