    The challengesWant a Change of different role. Wanted to do IT in HQ. But less opportunity to work in office HQ. mainly they want ppl focus on retail line not office.

    The challengesNo Service bonus that previously had. Usually have requirement will qualified for the service bonus. Wanted a challenge at working at hq as a IT backend staff. No oppurtunity to work at HQ.

    pay is consider quite high for a part-timer.
    The good thingsyou can choose your own working shifts and working hours. the pay is considered quite high for a part-timer.
    The challengeshave to wake up early to chop your working shifts if not you will have to wait for others to cancel their shifts.

    The challengesSo far there isnt much challenges as i find that the people are all very helpful and kind. The only challenging thing is that the customer there tend to get very rude when they dont get wat they need

    The good thingsDepends on which department you are in, to meet friendly colleagues.
    The challengesDespite the heavy work workload we are facing, we also need to go for stock take, IT Show (learn cashiering) and other events. No work communications, no team work. To them I am transparent and I always feel left out everyday. The HR always listen to directors, and never give listen to employees. Lousy management.

    Upper management don't really reciprocate what retail & inventory end's tedious efforts.
