    The challengesWant a Change of different role. Wanted to do IT in HQ. But less opportunity to work in office HQ. mainly they want ppl focus on retail line not office.

    The challengesNo Service bonus that previously had. Usually have requirement will qualified for the service bonus. Wanted a challenge at working at hq as a IT backend staff. No oppurtunity to work at HQ.
