    Strong hierarchy - little or no chances for Low level positions
    The good thingsBeing one of the largest travel company in Singapore, you'll get a good name on your resume if you want to stay in the travel trade.
    The challengesBeing a large company has its cons too especially if you are in a small position as many times, your opinions are not heard or appreciated even when the bosses are asking for you to give suggestions.
