    May be a stepping stone to your career but dont anchor there

    The challengesBasically you clock in to work and then clock out...you have no visibility of what the company is doing except in your area of work. Dont hope for much or any progress. Just work and be happy you have a job-thats basically my manager's silent message to me. Aesthetic is more important to management than employee satisfaction.

    The good thingsI got to know new people, learnt from them, gain more experience in handling things, more knowledge in the products. I got to know a lot of customers and even made a relationship with them.

    The challengesExtremely family and "old bird based" management. Offending the "wrong" person and you are done for. Managers to Managers is different depending on relationship to family.

    The good thingsPeople working are great people to work with depending on outlet. Pay is quite good considering work done and many training are provided for fashion, will be interesting for those interested.
    The challengesQuite bad management from office side sometimes and i think working environment really depends on manager that's working. Unable to plan schedule and thus lead to no work life balance
