    Uniquely challenging
    The good thingsAdorable children. Pleasant team and most co-workers.
    The challengesToxic workplace culture. Over-reactive heavy-handed management especially problematic. Limited manpower and resources, you may end up doing work not in your area of expertise/ role.

    Uniquely difficult to work environment
    The good thingsmost colleagues are nice people, only some of those who likes to play politics
    The challengeshard to work with the conservative management team. Most misunderstanding created simply based on WFH setting as emails or messages becomes the core communication tool.

    Unique working culture not seen esle where in sector
    The good thingsthe only thing I would say that is good, is the pay is slightly higher than most other charities.
    The challengesThe working culture in the company is uniquely difficult. Every department is just for their department. Collaboration is only lip service and just done at face value. Deep down, it is still "if it does not benefit my department, my process, why should I worked with you". Also, if you are working with the head of department who does not possess value of compassion, is as good as working in the profit sector. You are paid more also.

    Great co-workers!
    The good thingsColleagues are generally nice people, easy-going and fun to work with! Relatively good benefits such as medical and dental for staff!
