    Not great working experience as pay and benefit is normal/average, while the work environment is very stressful due to micro-managing management team.

    Overall, quite a good company to work and play
    The good thingsIf you are a productive and efficient staff, most time you can strike work-life balance. As long as you are results oriented and emotional not being affected by some negative culture within the department. They offer some flexible working hours in the morning and evening which is good for those working parents. Some semi retired staff can opt to work part-time. All these need department head approval.
    The challengesSupport staff high turnover level. Low staff morale within GFA department and lack of team work spirit/bonding within the department. Lack of some career growth compared with their direct competitor. Work load not distributed equally within and across the department. Over time, create a very negative culture within the department. Too many systems use within an organisation and not all staff level able to cope with this, but things will get improve slightly over time.

Sports competition, get together and etc.
    The challengesThe older generation mindset but they are changing Promotion criteria. (One quits, then may consider next staff to rise) Unfair workload distribution among different departments

    The good thingsThe senior management has done well in keeping the company sustainable. Being a leading property developer, We are all trying to achieve high standards in product & service quality. On personal basis, I love the in-house events; bowling, sports etc. A great way for team building.
    The challengesHandling difficult customers and able to close the gaps in managing their expectations. Cross-functional department support is needed. Need to be a decision-maker and not to procrastinate to complete the tasks.Just make sure compliance is met in order to prevent implication.

    The good thingsDuties given are relatively easy. Trust within the team is good with great support from the managing teams and other departments.
    The challengesManagement does not keep to the contract or to verbal acknowledgement. Any doubts taken up to them always result to denial or them asking for audio proof.
