    Overall, quite a good company to work and play
    The good thingsIf you are a productive and efficient staff, most time you can strike work-life balance. As long as you are results oriented and emotional not being affected by some negative culture within the department. They offer some flexible working hours in the morning and evening which is good for those working parents. Some semi retired staff can opt to work part-time. All these need department head approval.
    The challengesSupport staff high turnover level. Low staff morale within GFA department and lack of team work spirit/bonding within the department. Lack of some career growth compared with their direct competitor. Work load not distributed equally within and across the department. Over time, create a very negative culture within the department. Too many systems use within an organisation and not all staff level able to cope with this, but things will get improve slightly over time.
