    The culture is very different from the corporate world I have experienced.
    The good thingsLearning opportunities are vastly encouraged. Flexible working environment. Diversified culture of people, you get to meet and learn alot from them.
    The challengesChanges are good but the turnaround time for changes is inevitably short that doesn't allow time for employees to adapt to those changes.

    The good thingsI like the work flexibility and the open discussions we have across all levels. The top management does not throw their weight around unlike some other companies. They are approachable and very grounded people themselves.
    The challengesThere is a hot-desking system which increases creativity however not having a place of your own can be challenging when having to pack your needed items on a daily basis to and from from room to room. Perhaps a designated spot would help.
