    Think twice when u join
The good thingsbarely can think.. some colleagues are ok
The challenges- low basic salary and less benefits - No flexibility and still old style of management - Always flood with unrelated events that force employees to join without assessing if the roles are suitable - Management cannot make decisions and many time-wasting discussions - lack of career development

Endless “urgent” tasks in a culture where change is the plan.
The good thingsI enjoy never running out of “urgent” tasks.
The challenges"Change" is the only constant, often used to justify weak planning and a lack of clear ownership. Decisions are reactive rather than strategic. Performance evaluation lacks transparency, creating a strong perception of favouritism over actual contribution.

Hire someone who can properly manage and lead the team.
The good thingsWide exposure to non-development work such as hardware setup and event support, even for a software developer role.
The challengesIT management is weak and lacks clear direction, while there is significant resistance to learning or adopting new tools among some long-tenured staff. This leads to inefficient workflows, recurring basic issues, and consistently slower delivery.
