    A company that has a lot to improve and not focusing too much on their profits
    The good thingsVan will be provided to bring back home (Once you are a confirm staff and if you have Class 3 License) But the Van benefit can be taken back by the discretion of the GM. Company's Mobile phone will be provided for communication and planning purposes.
    The challengesAn Employer who needs to learn to bond well with their Employees. Understand their employees and hear them out. Learn to see capabilities of their employees instead of listening from CO-Workers. An Employer that SHOULD and MUST Adopt Leadership Skills. Learn to Listen more, Seeks Solutions NOT Demand Answers, Coach NOT direct, Focus on Teamwork and NOT on themselves and Inspire to perform and NOT DemandinG Results.
