    Poor Work Life Balance
The good thingsHonestly, it all depends on how much they willing to expose you to different kinds of events available
The challengesThe pay is very low given that you worked. No OT pay, u will be overworked and they will always be understaffs regardless. Taking an mc is an issue even though u are legitimately unwell. No work life balance, its better to work in this company if you got no family

Join if you want to make your life hard
The good thingsFriendly colleague, sadly most of them left.
The challengesDon't ever trust what they promise. Will ask to work full days on weekends and said will replace them. Any offdays or long hours overtime replacement will remain a myth. Dont expect to feel any professionalism in the office. Get comfortable with unclear briefs and no explanation. You are expected to know everything. If anything went south you are the one to blame. Will always get brief without any context.

Be on standby most of the time.
The good thingsFriendly colleagues, exposure to a lot of big events like Disney & Sony. Food provided by Boss at times when we are working overtime.
The challengesMainly politics from the Top. Not professional in the sense of not knowing how to separate between personal and work. No proper employee schedule on resting days after midnight jobs. Over work their staffs, no payslips nor employment letter provided. Top management too calculative, always finding faults and giving employees a hard time.

Good learning curve for fresh grads
The good thingsThere are opportunities, especially for a fresh graduate to learn more about online editorial work. As the team is relatively small, the writer gets to explore different beat, as well as the style of writing/reporting. Independent work. Colleagues are supportive.
The challengesFewer opportunities to grow and/or climb the corporate ladder. Expected to help out in events - extended working hours. Communication can be improved.

Great place to know how advertising industry works
The good thingsI learnt a lot about how things worked in advertising and the production method for creatives working in such an industry. It was an eye-opening experience to see the behind the scenes in marketing, events and advertising. I also brushed up a lot on my software skills that are necessary in the industry through the teachings of the more senior staff. Not keeping us interns stuck to the desk throughout the entire duration we were there was a good experience as we got the chance to see the other aspects of the company.
The challengesI think maybe for interns, the working hours were a little bit long but still manageable.

    Best working environment
The good thingsThe only place you get to enjoy different level of patterns from the bosses. As the saying goes, the not so common \"common sense\" always come from the common person. Employee will get to experience and cultivate high level of working hours tolerance and master the prestige level of taichi from the grandmasters here. One word to describe- perfect
The challengesBasically there is not much challenges/bad stuff here, and probably work best if you fit the below criteria. - you got no family and the bosses can shower you with love - you have dementia, so you cant remember how long you have worked and earned - you dont really understand english, so you get to fall into traps and manipulation blindly - you love instructions, especially when teaching you how to follow orders
