    Not a healthy environment to begin with.
    The good thingsThere is no fixed timing on work schedules and no micromanagement is being performed. Freedom to choose workplace.
    The challengesNo proper system! a lot of missing gaps in their basic system such as HR, Operational procedures and all superiors only listen to clients and not their own team. Clients demands are essential but you will have minimal support to meet clients' demand. not only that, if work is not completed you have to bring it home to complete it. For KPIs wise, it is not stated in writing on what it supposed to be done and how will it be achieved.
