Colleagues are helpful but management are stingyThe good thingsThe working environment is good as colleagues from own department and other departments are helping each other in their professional field. I have good working experience with my direct reporting manager.
The challenges- Submission of Timesheet becomes your KPI
Management is more focusing on your performance based on the timesheet you submitted rather than your real performance. E.g. you will be questioned if you (i) key in too much time "clearing administrative work" or (ii) your timesheet doesn't have many items to show.
- Not much training and development on staff, you have to either follow the right leader or have to learn hard by yourself
- HR department seldom communicates with staff unless it is required, they will only do management wants, not much focusing on taking care of staff welfare and development.
