Challenges in Teamwork, Fairness, and Workload Balance in Operations
The good thingsFlexi benefits, Bi annual trip.
The challengesThere is a lack of teamwork in the company. Sometimes junior staff may influence managers, leading to misunderstandings to their colleagues. The environment can feel tense, and some team members take on more work than others in operational work.

Backwards workplace managed by new poor management.
The good thingsGot work life balance.
The challengesNo recognition/appreciation. Backwards HR policy and lack transparency. Messy management. Company cannot keep up with current good employment practices, even if it is related to National labour movement.

Negative culture, management that lack quality and leadership
The good thingsExposure to wide range of business and consumer experiences.
The challengesIndividual department management lacks functional expertise and leadership skills. Organisation leadership does not understands the role of the organisation, it severely lack clear strategic directions and overestimates it's influence in the sector. Little to none concrete actions toward it's proclaimed cause.

    Poor HR Management
The good thingsThis office has not much politics, although only the higher management get most of the perks. HOD of HR needs a change. She barely have any HR related knowledge. Employment terms are all quite vague. Great job for retirees or people seeking work life balance. I appreciate the flexibility of being able to knock off on time for punctual employees.
The challengesEverything not standardized. Multiple standards to follow. Hard to keep up with the ever changing SOP.

Revamp of HR Management in this Office.
The good thingsI have worked many years on contract here, I have a good immediate superior who knows how and the value of my work.
The challengesNo sweat if my contract is not renewed cause this bunch of colleagues have no team work spirit unlike the previous patch. It is now to each its on. The image here spoilt by an executive who was transferred to our department by his request. He is a work smart guy. Disappeared daily one hour in the morning and another in the mid afternoon. Clients also do not like his working attitudes.
