    A company which knows how to balance work and life.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working in this company because it really knows how to take good care of its employees aside from the salary and incentives that they are getting. There are movie tickets during employee appreciation month and an annual year end party. They never fail to make their employees feel valued.
    The challengesI think working in this company overall is fine. It just depends on the person if he or she is still enjoying the job or not anymore.

    Simply the best
    The good thingsTrainers were so supportive. Living far away from home makes you feel at home. Young and old join together to give you support so as not to feel down during your failures at the workplace. The training area and the workplace are so fascinating, seemingly its just a fun place to work. My trainers John Chua and Ariel were great individuals who are perfect to listen and learn.
    The challengesSince this was first customer service, i had difficulty in listening to my customers and doing multi tasking most especially if you have a time frame to finished it off. Yet as I go along, I was slowly able to cope up with it due to the great teaching that was shared by trainers, om's an tl's.

    The good thingsCVG 4 is good on process - they are very organize. Culture inside is pretty laid back - which was somehow inherited from Stream Global Services.
    The challengesGiving out of incentives may have to be improved. Most employees are feeling somehow less appreciated. Extra curricular activities also needs improvement - this is for the company to promote the work life and balance mindset.

    The good thingsThe benefits and the policies are good. It provides equal opportunity for its employees. The employees are well taken cared of. The company itself is very stable. The facilities are good. The leaders are effective and knowledgeable. The pay is good. There are family outings which are all expense paid by the company. There's even education support for you and your dependents.

    The good thingsThe company has a very good working environment. Team leaders were trained how to handle agents and how to make them feel good despite bad calls. There was also no trace of crab mentality, instead, the team is helping each other to make a sale.
    The challengesLeaders should also mind their words toward their agents. The TL that I had before coached me at the parking lot while she's smoking. I was really embarrassed because she is scolding me while pointing at her finger at me. There were people looking at us and she doesn't care. I knew that she's just like that but I found the experience too much so I resigned.

    The good thingsThe trainer and fellow co-workers in the account i handled before were so friendly and approachable. The policy is strictly implemented and the company is well established.
