A company that is willing to adapt to current trendsThe good thingsThe flexibility of work and open channels of communication in Courts is a given. Although it used to be bad, but management is willing to listen, make changes and adapt to the current working trends especially in being transparent to engage more employees. With support from HR, selected employees are being trained in leadership and teamwork skills and with a the right mindset, an employee can do well in this company.
The challengesThis company is a work in progress and there are definitely constraints and huge paradigm shifts especially in work culture. It is trying to push forward for an \"employees first\" core value but somehow that change is slow (but surely) coming. There is room for improvement in terms of decision-making and inter-department cohesiveness but all in all, it seems that the higher-ups are now aware of the current situation and are trying to make that change.
