What’s it like working at COURTS Asia?

    AI summary of recent reviews

COURTS Asia offers a positive work environment characterised by strong teamwork and supportive colleagues. Employees appreciate the career growth opportunities, including advancement from sales positions to management roles. The company provides competitive benefits and invests in professional development through various training programmes.

However, there are areas for improvement, including the need to address work-life balance concerns, particularly regarding long working hours. The company's internal systems and processes could benefit from updates, and some employees note that the top-down management approach can sometimes impact communication effectiveness and decision-making speed.

Nojima Does showed a genuine concern for both staff welfare and operational improvement. Their approach was a stark contrast to the environment at Courts — they listened, provided clear direction when needed, and treated employees with respect. It’s clear that Nojima has a higher standard of leadership, I appreciate the positive influence they brought during my time there.. but courts on it's own is terrible. and its first time an entire IT team can resign on the same day again, due to this old veg again
The good thingsA Good Team and working with other teams were enjoyable
The challengesmy experience with Courts had its challenges, especially in terms of internal processes and management at the local level under one unwanted old single veg with 0 IT knowledge , I want to highlight the professionalism and support from Nojima. The superiors from Nojima were understanding, reasonable
