    The Environmental and Work are balance, Colleagues is friendly and easy to talk direct with boss.
    The good thingsEnvironment working is excellent, working time also excellent with friendly colleagues. It is a good place to learn communication skills with the customer to promote our plan and learn to be patient when serving every customer enquire, understand their problem in what they need. This company excellent build my personality to be more confident when to meet up more customers by explain the product for them. Besides, it also build a strong teamwork in the company.
    The challengesAfter learning all the stuff and work there, every day is keep repeating the same thing. It is not what I want.. I love a challenge, Innovation nowadays is very important to help the company and ourselves to grow and move faster, further and steady. Hopefully, I able to continuously learn more from this company to growth myself mentally and physically.

    The good thingsMake contributions to public welfare by aiding the unfortunate young generation. Coworkers get along so well and highly motivated. Company holds a commitment in building its employees skills. High commissions Great leaderships opportunity. No competitions as company is progressing, most employees were recognized through their talents and get promoted.
    The challengesWorkload can be demanding at times and expect long hours Also as you progress through your career you will end up managing new college hires which can present problems in some scenarios. Over-promising and under-delivering employees were quickly remove from company.
