    Suitable for retirement. You may end up handling tasks outside your scope due to limited headcount.
    The good thingsI really enjoyed my time at my previous company—the colleagues were great
    The challengesHowever, there were no bonuses or salary increments for years, so you’d essentially be earning the same salary even after 5 years. Management could also be improved.

    The challengesNo targeted effort to turn around company. Product lineup decisions are made haphazardly without any market research nor reasoning, resulting in burnout amongst many of the guys on the ground creating the products

    The good things- Great colleagues - supportive managers/ supervisor - chances to go overseas - can learn alot of things if you are keen. - great superiors
    The challenges- need to go overseas constantly to solve issues that should already been rooted out in the starting of the project. - no real direction given.

    My experience working in Creative
    The good thingsOpportunity to expose myself to different product range in product design, there are business unit in speaker, webcam, MP3, sound card, headphone. Opportunity to travel overseas for onsite approval, meeting and discussion which improve my exposure. Not so stress working in Creative. Welfare are good with childcare centre in company compound.
    The challengesRequire regular traveling overseas to meet tight project schedule. Major challenges is still to manage ID changes and fulfil marketing requirement. No clear direction from product owner always causing lot of delay.
