    The good thingsGood colleagues. Cheap food here compared to CBD. Nice office. Nice pantry.
    The challengesWorking hours 845am-630pm but it does not stop there, frequent late nights with no time off, no cab/dinner claim. Lean organization, hence hard to get promoted unless someone leaves. But Mgmt is so comfortable, that they won't leave. Suggestions and feedbacks made will not be taken into consideration. Very extreme difference in pay, say between a local and European (latter getting more even though no relevant experience).High turnover rate. Permanent roles 3 month notice, contract roles 2 months notice.
