    Glassdoor review is real, very toxic, more than 8 years still no change as the middle and top management still remains to spread.

    The challengesFull of adhoc job that superseded your main role, then ask you to OT to complete the main role later. Being force to do all the administrative work by the boss favourite staffs. Nothing much to learn. Toxic higher up culture.

    The challengesOne major frustration has been with the HR department. The HR representative's attitude seems to change depending on her mood. Often, she doesn't respond to our queries or provides sarcastic replies. What's worse is that she never admits her mistakes and often shifts blame onto us.

    I would not recommend you all to come over to this company, first of all the issue of working hours leads to no life and work balance. The pay is also not good enough to make it worth wasting your personal time. And your job may not just be what you are contracted to do, you will somehow have a couple extra jobs that are not in your job description. If you are genuinely out of work then you have no problem coming here to overdo it, but don't come unless in a desperate situation.

    The challenges- Bad management, the company needs to be reformed, it gives me a feeling that it still living in 1980s. - No much thing you can do or learn here, just a professional cashier. - The boss is too authoritarian and personal skills cannot be shown in this company, it's all about the boss's favorites alone. - There are major problems with the management of the company, the biggest being HR*, and I still don't understand why the HR at this company sucks so much. - I understand that companies will have meetings, but this company's meetings are just all over the place. Endless, repetitive and repetitive, pointless meetings that simply reflect the presence of the top brass. It's annoying.

    The good thingsSame level (ONLY SAME LEVEL) colleague would be good with you
    The challengesBad management, micromanagement, top management often play politics, leave yourself if you get aimed. ONLY PIANO SALES = SALES (other will count as no contribute to the company) Don’t be fool by the position given, if you want to be super professional cashier, yes you can join. Turnover rate hyper super high, you will see new colleagues once every 2 weeks

    Good for Startup your career
    The good thingsA lot of opportunities are provided to staff, they will let you handle various projects if you are capable. You can grow fast, as have to multitask (Sales/customer service/concert events/operation). Friendly and helpful colleagues. It is a good company for someone who seeks growing opportunities.
    The challengesSometimes the workload might be over, some of the operations works given are not systematic, and new staff might easily get lost without clear guidance. Training systems need to be enhanced for the operation part.

    It's been a great experience to have your first job here where you'll learn how music teachers adapt to the teaching life. Overall, you'll learn alot regarding handling students of all races and it's a great first job experience. But a good place to work at and a fun experience nonetheless for all music teachers of all ages.
    The good thingsGood working place environment and colleagues here are rather helpful and friendly. Working hours are quite flexible. You'll do more than just teach but to perform for school events and also manage your students for competitions and organizing music camps for children.
    The challengesCan be quite tiresome due to a lot of students and have to prepare alot individually.
