The challengesFull of adhoc job that superseded your main role, then ask you to OT to complete the main role later. Being force to do all the administrative work by the boss favourite staffs. Nothing much to learn. Toxic higher up culture.

The challengesOne major frustration has been with the HR department.
The HR representative's attitude seems to change depending on her mood. Often, she doesn't respond to our queries or provides sarcastic replies. What's worse is that she never admits her mistakes and often shifts blame onto us.

The challengesCatch up up to date info and work with stress sometimes but will grow.
