Great work experienceThe good thingsThe experience exposure and the networking opportunities are great. The management allows freedom of work as long as it gets completed by the end of the day. The company promotes and believes in family and well being first.
The challengesThe lack of initial guidance was disconcerting. Had a steep learning curve whilst working with the company. Basically there wasn't any proper training and introduction towards the work done. Most of the task or work done are basically on a trial and error basis. Most of the mistakes made due to inexperience usually seemed dire and concerning resulting in personal stress.
