    Great work experience
    The good thingsThe experience exposure and the networking opportunities are great. The management allows freedom of work as long as it gets completed by the end of the day. The company promotes and believes in family and well being first.
    The challengesThe lack of initial guidance was disconcerting. Had a steep learning curve whilst working with the company. Basically there wasn't any proper training and introduction towards the work done. Most of the task or work done are basically on a trial and error basis. Most of the mistakes made due to inexperience usually seemed dire and concerning resulting in personal stress.

    The good thingsEmployees given the opportunity to be involved in the sales to post-operations stages. This would provide them a peripheral vision of how an entire project would be like, adding breadth to the experience gained.
    The challengesLack of in-house technical expertise (theoretical) might pose a challenge to the daily functions of the operation staff.
