The challengesthe hr team there is the worst, very pro employer, the old hr team was better, but as more time go by then now the hr team very pro employer.
no flexibility at all, pay is bad, bonus is bad, late 1 minute have to stay 30 minutes type of culture. say no micromanaging during the interview, but then when you start your work they all start micromanage you. go lunch only can go 45 minutes, cannot come back late if not the hr or managing director will tell you off then have to stay 30 minutes more again. the heads there all like to make you sound like you are the stupid one, even when the mistakes are not your fault, the toxicity of the management and team are so normalised that no one dare to say anything also. the hr and management pressure and force u join their events, or oversea trip, if not they judge you one. so much bad things i cannot say all finish also... wont change one, all old fashion thinking. hr management managers all brainwash already.... brainwash by the managing director
