Macro-management, lack of trust in employees and backwards in work processes.
The good thingsColleagues are very helpful and nice and good bonuses
The challengesWork processes need to review; company still using petty cash and physical paper forms for staff claims. Company needs to invest in upgraded systems eg. Journal templates in SAP/ Claims to payroll function in HR portal.

Good for retirement if you know taichi well
The good thingsSuitable for retirement if no career development expectations.
The challengesBad culture as too many old staffs. Sweep problems under table without solving. Employees with less contribution can continue work less vise versa.

Good place to work only if you are willing to slog
The good things- Pretty good salary - Good bonuses - Birthday Gift - CNY vouchers - Incentive Trip - Wellness Program
The challengesTop management will change every three to five years. Benefits are no longer as good as at 2021. Depending on which department, your work-life balance will vary. Some get to knock off on time, some will need to slog their lives (including weekends and on leave).

    No work life balance
The good thingsManagement is willing to use monetary rewards to retain staff: Good salary, annual pay increment, good bonuses, cny vouchers, birthday gift, incentive trips before covid.
The challengesThere is no work life balance. Endless meetings with no conclusion. As a result, staff needs to OT and even work during weekends. Very rigid culture, wanting to change but things simply can't get moving.

The good thingsFirm development externally within partners, customers, contractors. Internally, solid platform for same peers or upper management required to be cultivated & implemented in order to acheive the higher target formed for the company!
The challengesMutual understanding between peers and upper level management should be defined in order to compromise the target of the company. If it's done, I believe the structure of internal and external customers or entities will be more solid.
