    Overall Great, Better than Expectation
    The good things-Alot of freedom as long as you are able to get thing done -Generally Friendly Environment -The job can be overwhelming at first , however as time progress, it is manageable. Huge learning curve at the beginning even for those people that has been working for a few years. -Lets you absorb everything and take up any skills without restricting -Exciting and utterly challenging -Able to involve in different area field if opportunity arise. -Have an open mindset to accept new technology in water treatment design. -Is expanding with the intake of Wuhaikaidi.
    The challenges-It will be nice if there is people to guide the newcomer. Similar issue that most companies is facing. -Benefit can be improved further.
