    Work more — Life shortens, deteriorating health and damage to my eyesight due to insufficient rest.
    The good thingsBasically, I work in an MNC company, meet all kinds of people, even ex-convicts too. Fast paced environment and meet many foreigners. Locals tend to resign very fast.
    The challengesWork-life balance here doesn't exist, long working hours, never-ending work, work and work until past midnight, even weekend duty and rotating shift. Very bad working ethics and culture, subordinate anyhow push all the workload on you while they enjoyed smoking.

    We need to attend classes or courses to gain knowledge. Without this knowledge, how can we understand our new role or the company's culture? Proper training is essential for us to experience and adapt to their operations.
    The good thingsI like the most is the working environment.
    The challengesI do not like about how the management look into promotion and salary raise. It all depend on managers recommendations. They rather take new People than to promote or give opportunities to workers who had attend development courses or upgrade their education level.

    My warehouse work experience was quiet, peaceful, relaxing, dusty, cool and totally un stressful.
    The good thingsI honestly enjoy it. I know some of the positions can be difficult as far as standing in one spot for a long period of time. But i got lucky in that in got a position that allows me move around. Great managers and supervisor and great team i had.
    The challengesPhysically challenging i personally like getting in shape, being on my feet and moving products.

    Expect long hours depending on which program you are assigned
    The good thingsIf you are looking for work that encourage long OT hours, this may be the place for you.
    The challengesManagement often focus on results only and not the well-being of the workers. Getting scolded for not meeting their expectations is a common sight. Despite amount of work already assigned, managements will still throw extra tasks at you to do. There is basically no work-life balance. Management could exercise more empathy towards their workers.

    The good thingsMarket leader that drive the industry trend. One of the things I like about the team is that they are very internationally working together. The company has helped me to grow professionally by providing adequate trainings to pick up skills required. Internal opportunities allowed me to move from one country to another so that exposure was great!
    The challengesMight cause anxiety as big decision making pace is slow. ​Suggest to stay calm as things will be done in a slowly but surely manner.

    In the account I'm handling, the start up is chaotic and underestimate customer requirements.
    The good thingsThe support rendered by other dept such as IE, Accounts, HR, is tremendous and really focus on teamwork.
    The challengesThe dept head has her own mindset on how the operations should be run, based on her experience with other product categories. Her inability to accept others ideas and counter proposals are disheartening.

    The challengesMy challenges was certainly the way they terminate their part-time workers indirectly. I would prefer that they told me that I was being let go and the reason why I was let go. It would benefit me in knowing my weaknesses. This is the challenge this company should improve on from my experience working with them.
