    Promising Company Marred by Weak Country Leadership
    The good thingsGreat place to learn as employees are expected to shoulder responsibilities beyond the prescribed job title. Highly supportive peers, against the unfortunate backdrop of egoistic country leadership. Standard transportation and communication allowances are provided.
    The challengesUnclear and ever-changing work expectations, based on a highly ceremonial and opaque performance appraisal. Poor communication etiquette, written and verbal, is a common sight. Employees are expected to be constantly responsive, even outside working hours, under the pretext of upholding “responsiveness” - one of the purported company values. Tendency for limited investment in hopes of unrealistic business returns.
