    No strong support for the team on Blackberry for this previous employer.
    The good thingsHave good colleagues. Got team work.
    The challengesToo many different models of Blackberry used on site. No proper training. Technical guide not informative. No sharing of knowledge for Blackberry. Everything escalate back to team lead. But was later is a must to support the products.
