Employees at Dell appreciate the teamwork and collaboration among colleagues, as well as the opportunities for learning and development through advanced training and working on innovative projects. The work-life balance is praised, with flexible work options and the ability to work from home. Dell offers competitive compensation and good benefits, including bonuses and employee discounts. No strong support for the team on Blackberry for this previous employer.
The good thingsHave good colleagues. Got team work.
The challengesToo many different models of Blackberry used on site. No proper training. Technical guide not informative. No sharing of knowledge for Blackberry. Everything escalate back to team lead. But was later is a must to support the products.
