    The challengesVery fast paced, and too many changes that it can be difficult to keep up. I guess it’s normal in the airline industry. Work can be stressful as we are in the customer service line of business so it can be challenging.

    Benefits with Delta Airines
    The good thingsOur great benefits with Delta Airlines is our flight benefits. My family and I can fly with Delta Airlines anywhere in the world and we can be seated in World Business Class or First Class as long as there are seats available. Even though I am already retired, my family and I have a lifetime trip pass.
    The challengesThe challenging or difficult part that went to the company here in Manila Philippines was when they reduced the flight here in Manila. From two times a day, they reduced the flight to only once a day. So the company decided to restructure its operation to meet the requirements of competitive business. As a result, they have to downsized its operations and they offer early retirement .

    The good thingsFriends, trainers, regional director, operation manager, team leaders, team managers, a lot of activities and events. Discounted travels, visits to different offices.
    The challengesNothing much, except US and local offices Quality team ought to standardised. Penalising staff unnecessarily that causes concerns.
