Employee support is highlighted, with managers caring about staff well-being, growth opportunities, and an open-door policy. In addition to travel benefits, employees appreciate the comprehensive benefits package and other perks, such as team activities and events.

Great culture, great leaders and great perks!
The good thingsGreat culture, with much emphasis on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Great leaders to support us employees Great perks! Discounted and free travel benefits!
The challengesVery fast paced, and too many changes that it can be difficult to keep up. I guess it’s normal in the airline industry. Work can be stressful as we are in the customer service line of business so it can be challenging.
