    The good things- Direct superior (manager) is very supportive and is a good mentor. - The manager acknowledged and recognized subordinate's working performance. - The manager is always open for feedback.
    The challenges- No work-life balance. - No teamwork within M&S department (no interaction between Sales and SS; sales will only approach SS when facing shipment issue). - Office politics from one of a small group. They like to judge and criticize people, always mocking at people and talk gossip behind colleagues.

    High workload, Great People
    The good thingsThe people working here had good camaraderie and were generally polite and friendly. The company tries its best to keep up morale and is generally not nit picky about lateness etc.
    The challengesVery high workload made worse by lack of manpower. I observed regular miscommunication between different departments that ends with both sides being frustrated. Certain people in managerial positions are useless.

    Good colleague, no opportunities for career development
    The good thingsThe culture between colleagues is very good, willing to teach and help each other
    The challengesNo KPI or assessment to measure the salary yet employees are requested to hit KPI. Good/bad performer having same salary/bonus yet you will need to do the part for the less commit&contribute employees while management would not review or counsel the mentioned employee to fill the gap for desired performance. The better you perform the more you need to do with no resources vise versa. No proper training/orientation for new in, hand on straight away from same level staffs and possibility to be guided wrongly. Good for retirement.

    Overall experiences
    The good thingsWork was alright but at time overload depend on many factor like man power shortage or customer added requirement etc, company did well, direct superior I will not selectively comment, did learn quite a lot regarding this job and the whole trade, even never really goes into more deeper details or some job, as everyone play their part in different department, there always good and bad.
    The challengesPeople management was the most difficult, changes and keep on change are not a good sign some time, work was not really difficult but people are, actually am don't wish to comment much more because I had left the company for some years now, heard there management changes, worker reshuffle and move on with a new system before I left.
