    The good things- Direct superior (manager) is very supportive and is a good mentor. - The manager acknowledged and recognized subordinate's working performance. - The manager is always open for feedback.
    The challenges- No work-life balance. - No teamwork within M&S department (no interaction between Sales and SS; sales will only approach SS when facing shipment issue). - Office politics from one of a small group. They like to judge and criticize people, always mocking at people and talk gossip behind colleagues.
