    Micro managed and seldom treated fairly
    The good thingsColleagues created amicable atmosphere
    The challengesSupervisors micromanaged the staff, forcing some rules that are not sensible. Supervisors are not receptive to suggestions. Staff are overworked but not appreciated. Staff benefits have a lot of restrictions, even medical claims are difficult.
