The good thingscan learn a lot with endless tender and heavy workload, but most of the workload is coming from management due to cash flow issue

The challengesMicro managed. Demand for high safety implementations without providing relevant/required resources. Appointed to several projects. Required to work at night until next day 5am and only being compensate with 1/2 day time off.Even required to attend/conduct in-house training on Sundays.

The challengesCompany should inform during interview on long working hours. There is no off for working entire day , which can extend for 14 hours. And report on normal working hours on the next day
