    Company Doesnt Value Staff and MD Sits on the Fence & Even Contact US HQ for Help to Resolve Issue
    The good thingsthere is nothing good thus far except for a handful of helpful and caring colleagues
    The challenges[1] increasing jobscope without proper compensation by just giving a simple reason that US HQ has no budget/headcount for ground work staff but can still go on a recruitment spree to hire more managers [2] managers expect staff to work during non-working hours/days
