Highly politics especially among the Finance. Admin and HR Department. I thought I was going for a war instead of work.
The good thingsHR is very strict when it come to the termination of the contract. No mutual agreement to terminate. HR choose to terminate with compensation as per contract stated.
The challengesI was put to close the account in less than 10 working days. No guidance and No support, preggy lady was not keen to teach maybe too worried that I will take over her position. Finance Head was another blur head, Told me that I does not have the luxury of time to learn like a permanent staff. I think she doesn't know what is she talking about. I almost a whole month of transaction in a few days.
