Hybrid work arrangementNo politics, friendly culture, monthly staff trainings, hybrid work arrangement, monthly staff activities. Low turnover, almost half of the colleagues have been working here for more than 5 years.

Works like machine, no worklife balance, always MUST work on weekends, if you says NO, well...
The good thingsFriendly colleagues those who only running on the battle ground care each other. (not to those Senior levels colleagues)
The challengesThe company don't really care about your personal health no matter physically or mentally. They just expect you to work like a machine. If you don't care about your work life balance, your health or anything else other than working only, then this is the place. And the worst part is the management level. You need to obey to them or get lost. And they always expected you to work on all every weekends (cannot say NO)

    Life in small IT company
The good thingsSmall company can enjoy flexible arrangement during personal urgent matter occurred. Small company also less office politic, closer colleagues relationship. Small company have more opportunities to be involved in different projects, areas and items, regardless liked or disliked.
The challengesBad product design due to time constraint and legacy. Bad QA due to cost. Bad customers feedback due to lack of quality. Bad work/life balance due to lack of resources. Stressful working environment due to multiple tasks with short and tight timeline.
