Mixed emotions = loyalty, hurt, distrust
The good thingsBeing able to multi tasking and critical thinker to solve work problems
The challengesManagement says "it's a family...journeying together" but they can close down depts which are not able to make revenues. Senior management should value employees who are passionate in what they are good at doing. Changing their work roles or dept that does not match their passion and aptitudes can spoil the loyalty. At the end employees will just have to bear in mind to job hop early before senior management finally downsize or restructure the business to affect employee rice bowl and work passion.
