    The good thingsGreat opportunity to work with great people here and learn more about leadership skill. Was encourage to build up New Production introduction team and skill up operation team. This would definitely help me to build the character and relationship not only with employee but also top managements.
    The challengesGood system is one of the major flaw and this is the moment we setup the system together. Location of this company is a bit concern if you are changing from other film. Benefit of this company is average low.

    The good thingsEveryone is given good chance to perform and contribute. Company is kind toward rewards. Easy and nice working environment. People with a great drive of energy, innovative, and great problem solving skill with independent and hardworking nature will find many chance of contributing to the growth with the company.
