Had a fruitful and self-challenging journey with this schoolThe good thingsWhat spoke out to me was the inclusive staff culture, where people would reach out for help, as well as help give tips and train those that are newer or lacking in certain areas. So, not much to stress about there. Besides that, teaching students is a joy in on itself. It gives meaning to what I do and despite the hours, I am rewarded with a higher-than-average pay and the chance to make a great difference in the development of a child's talents. Very organised systems and structures in place, management-wise.
The challengesWork targets might be tricky to adjust with intially, but it is not unreasonable and gave me something to work towards, as someone who is pragmatic and prefers having certain goals.
