    Good for a start, not for the long run
    The good thingsLearn about affiliate & performance marketing, which is niche. But not exactly a specialized skill set that you can bring to your next company.
    The challenges1. Spammy stuff - the kind of stuff we do to attract clicks. Not something you’d be proud of. 2. Culture - Closed minded. Team members were made to compete with each other, not willing to share any knowledge, coz there’s simply not incentive to help any one. 3. Sunset tiny business. Only good for a few more years. Unless a miracle happen, I don’t see how this is a good place to stay for more than a year.
