    The good thingsCompany transport, in house canteen with cheap food, shorter work day on Fridays.
    The challengesOne man operation, no stand in during period of abscene,zero career progression. Support group mostly located in another time zone, difficulty getting support during critical times.

    The challenges1.Functional responsiblity to be clearly define as some areas are grey. 2.Global decision sometimes are not properly co ordinated. 3. Root cause of certain issues are not totally taken care of. Dont want to be the bad guy.
